9 After subsection 7(1)
Insert:
Enterprise of a region
(1A) An enterprise of a region is:
(a) an entity (within the ordinary meaning of the term) of a kind mentioned in subsections (2) to (4); or
(b) a branch of an entity (within the ordinary meaning of the term) mentioned in subsection (5A);
that is not excluded under subsection (8) or (9).
