Repeal the section, substitute:

1.01 Name

This instrument is the Federal Court and Federal Circuit and Family Court Regulations 2012.

1.02 Authority

This instrument is made under the following:

(a) the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia Act 2021;

(b) the Federal Court of Australia Act 1976.
