Repeal the section, substitute:
2.01 Purpose of this Part
This Part prescribes matters relating to fees for the purposes of:
(a) subsection 60(1) of the Federal Court Act; and
(b) paragraphs 285(2)(b), (c) and (d) of the Federal Circuit and Family Court Act.
