127 Application of amendments made by the Superannuation Legislation Amendment (Western Australia De Facto Superannuation Splitting) Regulations 2021

The amendments of these regulations made by Schedule 1 to the Superannuation Legislation Amendment (Western Australia De Facto Superannuation Splitting) Regulations 2021 apply to a splitting agreement, or splitting order, if the operative time in relation to a payment split under the agreement or order is after the commencement of that instrument.
