Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Regulations 1994
10 Subregulation 9AB.2(1)
Repeal the subregulation, substitute:
(1) For the purposes of paragraph 60B(b) of the Act, trustee-directed products are identified as a class of beneficial interest in a regulated superannuation fund.
