7 Subregulation 1.0.02(1) (definition of minor fee)
Repeal the definition, substitute:
minor fee , for a standard margin lending facility, means a fee or cost for the facility that:
(a) does not relate to the ordinary acquisition, operation or closure of the facility; and
(b) is less than $10.
