28 Subsection 4(1) (definition of security)
Omit "section 761A of the Corporations Act 2001 for the purposes of Chapter 7 of that Act (disregarding Part 7.11 of that Chapter)", substitute "subsection 92(5) of the Corporations Act 2001".
