12 Subregulation 123(2)
Repeal the subregulation, substitute:
(2) A notice given under regulation 114 about a decision must include a statement to the effect that a person whose interests are affected by the decision may, under section 268 of the Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024, request a statement of reasons (within the meaning of that Act).
(2A) However, subregulation (2) does not apply if subsection 269(7) of that Act applies.
