37 Subregulation 6.21(2B)
Omit all the words from and including "has a disability" to and including "paragraph (2B)(a) or (b)", substitute "is a person with disability to whom subregulation (2C) applies on the day that would otherwise be applicable under paragraph (a) or (b) of this subregulation".
