Erratum

This Erratum is a public ruling for the purposes of the Taxation Administration Act 1953. It corrects a typographical error in Fuel Tax Ruling FTR 2008/1.

FTR 2008/1 is corrected as follows:

1. Paragraph 124

Omit 'statue'; substitute 'statute'.

This Erratum applies on and from 5 April 2017.
