63   SAMPLES  
Any officer may take a sample of wort wash low wines feints or spirits from any vessel and the strength of any sample so taken shall be deemed the strength of the whole of the contents of the vessel from which it is taken. A distiller may before any such sample is taken stir up and mix together all the liquor contained in the vessel from which the sample is to be taken.
