Australian Tax Treaties
Upon the entry into force of this Treaty, the following agreements shall cease to be in force: (a) the Timor Sea Treaty; and (b) the International Unitisation Agreement.

This Treaty shall have no effect on rights or obligations arising under the agreements set out in paragraph 1 of this Article while they were in force.
