Hide history noteThe Tribunal Chairperson and the Tribunal Deputy Chairperson are to be appointed by the Governor-General.
The Tribunal Chairperson may be appointed to hold office either on a full-time basis or on a part-time basis.
The Tribunal Deputy Chairperson may be appointed to hold office either on a full-time basis or on a part-time basis.
The Tribunal members, other than the Tribunal Chairperson and Deputy Chairperson, are to be appointed by the Minister and hold office on a part-time basis.
