The credits concerned relate predominantly to off-road activities although in some cases arise for on-road activities
SECTION 54 (Repealed by 73 of 2006) 54 Only one credit for a particular use of fuelIf, apart from this section, you would be entitled to an off-road credit under more than one provision in relation to a particular use of off-road diesel fuel, you are only entitled to a credit under one of those provisions. In this case, you may choose the provision under which you are entitled.
