Hide history noteThe standards set out in regulations 9 , 10 and 11 do not apply in relation to the preservation of any benefits that are payable in respect of a member of a superannuation fund under the governing rules of the fund where the total amount of the benefits to which regulations 9 , 10 and 11 apply is less than $ 500.
