Addendum

This Addendum is a public ruling for the purposes of the Taxation Administration Act 1953. It amends Taxation Ruling TR 2006/10 to update references as set out below.

TR 2006/10 is amended as follows:

1. Paragraph 16B

Omit 'Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997'; substitute 'Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013'.

2. Paragraph 22

After the fifth dot point; insert:

Excise Ruling series (ER series);

3. Paragraph 24

Omit the first dot point; substitute:

•

Taxpack, E-tax and myTax;

4. Footnote 26

Omit the footnote; substitute:

Insert:

This Addendum applies on and from 1 July 2014.
