Notice of Withdrawal
This Erratum corrects Taxation Ruling TR 96/7 to refer to the correct amending Act within paragraph 29.
TR 96/7 is corrected as follows:
Omit 'Taxation Laws Amendment Act 1990'; substitute 'Taxation Laws Amendment Act (No. 5) 1989'.
This Erratum applies on and from 20 March 1996.
