The key PLS errors are listed in the tables below.
Against each error code is a description and the recommended action to take. When the recommended action says to phone us, we will ask you to provide your practice details and the details of the error.
The errors are grouped into 3 broad categories:
- Authentication errors – errors you may experience when logging in to the PLS
- Form errors – errors specific to forms in the PLS
- General errors – errors that may apply to any PLS form or transaction.
