In the 2021-22 financial year, 86% of FHSS release requests were completed within 25 days.
In the 2022-23 financial year, due to systems and processes improvements, we have adjusted the service standard from 25 day to 20 days. Even with the adjustments, 90% of FHSS release requests were completed within the adjusted service standard of 20 days.
This is inclusive of the:

number of business days from the submission of the FHSS release request

confirming the request is eligible
-
superannuation funds sending the FHSS amount to the ATO, and
-
payment to the individual.
