Salary and super
Salaries, including salary increases and advancements, are in the ATO enterprise agreement 2024. You'll receive 15.4% employer contribution to your super, in addition to your salary.
Leave
We offer generous leave, including:
- 4 weeks annual leave, plus additional paid leave from Christmas to New Year and the option to purchase up to 8 weeks more leave per year
- paid parental leave, for primary and secondary caregivers, including adoption and long-term foster care leave
- up to 18 days paid personal leave per year to recover from illness or injury or to care for a family member
- paid study leave
- up to 3 days paid cultural leave per year for significant religious or cultural obligations
- up to 10 days paid ceremonial leave (in any period of 2 years) for First Nations employees for cultural or ceremonial purposes.
