Only representatives for closely held trusts can use this form to add or cancel a PAYG withholding account.

If you represent an entity other than a closely held trust, for example a partnership, use Add a new business account (NAT 2954) or Application to cancel registration (NAT 2955).

By phone

The fastest way to add or cancel a PAYG withholding account is over the phone. Phone us on 13 28 66 between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday. You must be recorded by us as an authorised contact for the trust.

Talk to your registered tax or BAS agent about updating your details.

By paper
