Explanatory Memorandum

(Circulated by authority of the Treasurer, the Hon. John Howard, M.P.)

General Outline

This Bill will amend the income tax law to exempt from income tax the income that Australian Wool Testing Authority Limited derives in consequence of its taking over the functions of the existing Australian Wool Testing Authority.
