Order

Appeal allowed. Order of the Supreme Court discharged, in so far as it answers the questions in the Special Case and makes declarations thereon. In lieu thereof declare, in answer to Questions (a), (b) and (c), that all the debentures are within the operation of s 19 (1) of the "Financial Emergency Act 1931," as amended, and that payment to the holders of such debentures of the reduced rate of interest made in pursuance of s 19 is a full discharge of the respondent Company's liability for interest under such debentures in respect of the period to which such payment relates. Declare further that no answer ought to be given to Question (d). The Company offering no objection, order that the costs of all parties of and incidental to this appeal be taxed and paid by the Company. If the Company consent, the order may be drawn up for costs as between solicitor and client as in the Supreme Court.
