(Circulated by authority of the Minister for Government Services, the Hon Stuart Robert MP)Accredited users are authorised to collect and use shared data under Chapter 2 of the principal Bill in accordance with an applicable data sharing agreement. ADSPs are expert intermediaries who can assist data custodians to prepare and share data appropriately.
