Aged Care Act 1997

Clause 1 - The whole of the Act

Clause 1 repeals the whole of the old Act.

Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission Act 2018

Clause 2 - The whole of the Act

Clause 2 repeals the whole of the Commission Act.

Aged Care (Transitional Provisions) Act 1997

Clause 3 - The whole of the Act

Clause 3 repeals the whole of the old Transitional Provisions Act.
