PART VA - SPECIAL PROVISIONS RELATING TO BEVERAGES  

SECTION 103  

103   INTERPRETATION  

In this Part:

bulk container
means a container that has the capacity to have packaged in it more than 2 litres of customable beverage;

container
means any article capable of holding liquids;

customable beverage
means like customable goods:

(a) that are described in Chapter 22 of Schedule 3 to the Customs Tariff; and

(b) that are prescribed by the regulations for the purposes of this definition.
