SECTION 153YL   CONSIGNMENT  

153YL(1)    
Goods are not US originating goods under this Division if:

(a)    they are transported through a country or place other than the US or Australia; and

(b)    

they undergo any process of production, or any other operation, in that country or place (other than unloading, reloading, any operation to preserve them in good condition or any operation that is necessary for them to be transported to Australia).

This section applies despite any other provision of this Division.
