COMMISSIONER'S POWER TO SEEK INFORMATION  
164AE
The Commissioner may, by written notice given to:

(a) the head of a Department or an authority of the Commonwealth, a State or Territory or the head of a local government authority; or

(b) any other person;

request the head of the Department or authority or the person (as the case may be) to provide the Commissioner with information in connection with diesel fuel the subject of a diesel fuel rebate application.
