SECTION 183DB   REMUNERATION AND ALLOWANCES  

183DB(1)   [Member's remuneration]  

A member referred to in paragraph 183DA(1)(a) or (b) shall be paid such remuneration as is determined by the Remuneration Tribunal, but if no determination of that remuneration by the Tribunal is in operation, he or she shall be paid such remuneration as is prescribed.

183DB(2)   [Prescribed allowances]  

A member referred to in paragraph 183DA(1)(a) or (b) shall be paid such allowances as are prescribed.

183DB(3)   [Effect subject to Act]  

This section has effect subject to the Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973 .
