PROCEEDINGS AGAINST MEDICAL PRACTITIONERS
[ For other than negligence do not lie] Proceedings, other than proceedings concerning negligently causing injury, do not lie against a medical practitioner, or any person assisting or providing facilities to a medical practitioner, in respect of anything done by the medical practitioner under this Division.
