SECTION 50AA General
(1)
In this Part:
has the meaning given by section
50AB
.
includes the external Territories.
means induce by threats, promises or otherwise.
, in the case of a reference to an offence against this Part or against a particular provision of it, has a meaning affected by subsections (2) and (3) of this section.
has the meaning given by section
50AC
.
includes:
(a)
any part of a female person
'
s genitalia; and
(b)
a surgically constructed vagina.
(2)
A reference in this Part (except section 50DB ) to an offence against this Part or against a particular provision of it includes:
(a) a reference to:
(i) an offence against section 6 or 50DB; or
that relates to an offence against this Part or against that provision of it; and
(ii) an offence against section 11.1 or 11.5 of the Criminal Code ;
(b) a reference to an offence against this Part, or against that provision of it, because of section 11.2 , 11.2A or 11.3 of the Criminal Code .
