Division 1 - Proof of debts  

SECTION 100   COSTS OF PROVING DEBTS ETC.  

100(1)   [Creditor to bear costs]  

A creditor shall, unless the Court in the particular case otherwise orders, bear his or her own costs of proving a debt.

100(2)   [Amendment]  

The costs in relation to the amendment of a proof of debt under section 92 or 98 shall be borne by the creditor.
