Bankruptcy Act 1966
If a determination is in force under subsection 139ZIC(1) in relation to a bankrupt, the trustee may, by written notice given to the bankrupt, revoke the determination.
139ZID(2) [Current and future payments]The trustee must not revoke the determination unless the trustee is satisfied, having regard to:
(a) the past payment record of the bankrupt; and
(b) any other relevant matters;
that the bankrupt will pay the whole of any current or future contributions or instalments of contributions at or before the time when they become payable.
139ZID(3) [Initiation of power]The power conferred on the trustee by subsection (1) may be exercised:
(a) on his or her own initiative; or
(b) on the application of the bankrupt. 139ZID(4) [Notice of refusal to revoke]
If, following the bankrupt ' s application, the trustee refuses to revoke the determination, the trustee must give the bankrupt written notice of the refusal.
139ZID(5) [Notice]A notice under subsection (1) must be in the approved form.
