SECTION 186F   CONDITIONS OF REGISTRATION - GENERAL  

186F(1)    
This section applies to a person if the person is a registered debt agreement administrator.

186F(2)    
The Inspector-General may, by written notice given to the person, impose specified conditions on the person ' s registration as a debt agreement administrator.

186F(3)    

The person ' s registration as a debt agreement administrator is subject to the conditions determined in an instrument under subsection (4).

186F(4)    

The Minister may, by legislative instrument, determine conditions for the purposes of subsection (3).
