SECTION 64S STATEMENTS AND QUESTIONS
64S(1)
The President must then invite the trustee and the creditors and their representatives to make statements to the meeting.
64S(2)
After the statements (if any) have been made, the President must invite the creditors and their representatives to ask questions of the trustee and, if the bankrupt is present, of the bankrupt.
64S(3)
After the statements (if any) have been made and the questions (if any) have been asked, the President may, if he or she wishes to do so, summarise the matters raised in any such statements and in any questions asked of, and answers given by, the trustee and the bankrupt.
