SECTION 77B BANKRUPT TO ASSIST OFFICIAL RECEIVER
77B
Where the Official Receiver conducts an investigation under section 19AA in relation to a person, the person shall, unless excused by the Official Receiver or prevented by illness or other sufficient cause:
(a)
give to the Official Receiver such books (including books of an associated entity of the person) that:
(i)
are in the possession of the person;
(ii)
relate to any of the person
'
s examinable affairs; and
(iii)
the person is not required to give to the trustee of the person
'
s estate;
as the Official Receiver requires;
(b)
attend the Official Receiver whenever he or she reasonably requires;
(c)
give to the Official Receiver such information about any of the person
'
s conduct and examinable affairs as the Official Receiver requires; and
(d)
give to the Official Receiver such assistance in connection with the investigation as the Official Receiver reasonably requires.
