SECTION 98   AMENDMENT OF PROOF OF DEBT  

98(1)   [Consent]  

A creditor may, with the consent of the trustee, amend a proof of debt lodged by him or her.

98(2)   [No alteration to estimated value]  

This section does not authorize the amendment of the proof of debt of a secured creditor by altering the estimated value of his or her security.
