Medicare Levy Act 1986

SECTION 11  

11   FINANCIAL YEARS FOR WHICH LEVY IS PAYABLE  
The levy imposed by this Act is levied, and shall be paid, for the financial year commencing on 1 July 1986 and for all subsequent financial years until the Parliament otherwise provides.
