SECTION 68A   IDENTITY CARDS  

68A(1)   [Issuance of identity card to authorised person]  

The Commissioner must issue to a person authorised for the purposes of section 68 an identity card in the form approved by the Commissioner. The identity card must contain a recent photograph of the authorised person.

68A(2)   [Return of identity card]  

As soon as practicable after the person ceases to be authorised, he or she must return the identity card to the Commissioner.

68A(3)   [Penalty]  

A person must not contravene subsection (2).

Penalty: 1 penalty unit.
