EXCEPTION FOR BODIES CORPORATE
1002Q(1)

A body corporate does not contravene subsection
1002G(2) by entering into a transaction or agreement in relation to securities of another body corporate merely because the first-mentioned body corporate is aware that it proposes to enter into or has previously entered into, one or more transactions or agreements in relation to securities of the other body corporate.

Subject to subsection
(3), a body corporate does not contravene subsection
1002G(2) by entering into a transaction or agreement in relation to securities of another body corporate merely because an officer of the first-mentioned body corporate is aware that the first-mentioned body corporate proposes to enter into, or has previously entered into, one or more transactions or agreements in relation to securities of the other body corporate.

Subsection
