Division 1 - Futures brokers and futures advisers
SECTION 1156 NOTIFYING CHANGE IN PARTICULARS 1156 Within 21 days after: (a) the holder of a futures brokers licence ceases to carry on the business to which the licence relates; (b) the holder of a futures advisers licence ceases to act as, or to hold out that the holder is, a futures adviser; or (c) there is a change in a matter particulars of which are required by virtue of any of paragraphs 1155(3)(a) to (e), inclusive, to be entered, in relation to a licence, in the Register of Futures Licensees; the holder of the licence shall give the Commission written particulars, in the prescribed form, of that fact, or of that change, as the case may be.This information is provided by CCH Australia Limited Link opens in new window.
