SECTION 1283 REGISTRATION OF OFFICIAL LIQUIDATORS 1283(1) [Persons eligible] The Commission may register as an official liquidator a natural person who is a registered liquidator. 1283(2) [Certificate of registration] A person who is registered as an official liquidator is entitled, upon request, to be issued with a certificate of his or her registration. 1283(3) [Number of official liquidators] The Commission may register under subsection (1) as official liquidators as many registered liquidators as it thinks fit.This information is provided by CCH Australia Limited Link opens in new window.
