SECTION 1349 GENERAL TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS 1349(1) [Acts done by the NCSC] For the purposes of this Law: (a) an act or thing done by the NCSC, or by an authority of this jurisdiction specified in an application order, before the commencement of a provision of this Law under or for the purposes of a previous law corresponding to that provision has effect as if it had been done by the Commission under or for the purposes of that provision; (b) a reference in a prospectus or any other document to the NCSC, except in relation to a time before the commencement of Chapter 7, is a reference to the Commission; and (c) an act or thing done by the Ministerial Council before the commencement of a provision of this Law under or for the purposes of a previous law corresponding to that provision has effect as if it had been done by the Minister under or for the purposes of that provision.This information is provided by CCH Australia Limited Link opens in new window.
