CHAPTER 11 - APPLICATION AND TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS
PART 11.2 - COMMENCEMENT AND APPLICATION OF CERTAIN CHANGES TO THIS LAW
Division 6 - Changes resulting from the Corporate Law Reform Act 1994
(i) the definitions of ``excluded prospectus'' and ``prospectus'' in section 9;
(ii) section 994;
(iii) sections 1006 to 1011 (inclusive);
(iv) sections 1021, 1022 and 1022A;
(v) sections 1023A to 1024G (inclusive);
(vi) section 1031;
(vii) sections 1039, 1040 and 1041;
(viii) section 1060;
(ix) Schedule 3, so far as it relates to any subsection of sections 1023A to 1024G (inclusive) as then in force; and(b) the following provisions of this Law, as in force before that commencement, continue to apply:
(i) the definitions of ``excluded prospectus'', ``primary prospectus'', ``prospectus'', ``secondary prospectus'' and ``seller'' in section 9;
(ii) section 994;
(iii) sections 1006 to 1011 (inclusive);
(iv) sections 1021, 1022 and 1022A;
(v) section 1024;
(vi) section 1031;
(vii) sections 1039, 1040 and 1041;
(viii) section 1060;
(ix) Schedule 3, so far as it relates to subsections 1024(1) and (4) as then in force.
(i) section 622;
(ii) section 1029;
(iii) section 1033; and(b) the following provisions of this Law, as in force before that commencement, continue to apply:
(i) section 622;
(ii) sections 1029 and 1029A;
(iii) section 1033.
