SECTION 276   CHARGES OF BODY CORPORATE REGISTERED AS A COMPANY  

276    If, immediately before the day on which a body corporate was registered as a company under Part 5B.1, or a previous law of this jurisdiction corresponding to a provision of that Part, a charge on property of the company was registered under a law corresponding to this Part and was not also registered under this Part, the Commission is taken to have entered in the Register at the beginning of that day, in accordance with subsection 265(2), the time and date, and the particulars, entered in relation to the charge under that corresponding law.
