SECTION 771
EXEMPT STOCK MARKET
771(1)
[Declaration by Minister]
The Minister may by writing declare a specified stock market to be, subject to any specified conditions, an exempt stock market.
771(2)
[Variation or revocation of declaration]
Without limiting the matters to which the Minister may have regard in considering whether or not to vary or revoke a declaration in force under subsection
(1), he or she may, in so considering, have regard to a breach of a condition specified in the declaration.
771(3)
[Declaration under previous corresponding law]
A declaration by the Ministerial Council, under a previous law corresponding to subsection
(1), of a stock market as an exempt stock market that was in force immediately before the commencement of this Part has effect as if it were a declaration by the Minister under that subsection.
