SECTION 905 POWER OF SECURITIES EXCHANGE TO MAKE ADVANCES TO FUND 905(1) [Securities exchange may make advance] A securities exchange may, from its general funds, give or advance, on such terms as the board thinks fit, any sums of money to its fidelity fund. 905(2) [Repayment of advance] Money that is advanced under subsection (1) may at any time be repaid from the fidelity fund to the general funds of the securities exchange.This information is provided by CCH Australia Limited Link opens in new window.
