SECTION 930 PROPERTY CONSTITUTING FUND 930 The Fund shall consist of: (a) money and property that, immediately before the commencement of this Part, formed part of the previous Fund; (b) money paid into the Fund under subsection 985(1); (c) property that has vested in SEGC, and become part of the Fund by virtue of subsection 985(2); (d) money paid into the Fund under subsection 891(2); (e) money paid into the Fund under section 938 or 940; (f) the interest and profits from time to time accruing from the investment of the Fund and paid into the Fund under subsection 935(2); (fa) money paid into the Fund under subsection 930B(2); (g) money recovered by or on behalf of SEGC in the exercise of a right of action that SEGC has by virtue of the Fund provisions; (h) money paid by an insurer under a contract of insurance or indemnity entered into by SEGC under section 982; (j) money paid to SEGC for the purposes of a claim under Division 6, 6A or 6C; and (k) all other money or other property lawfully paid into, or forming part of, the Fund.This information is provided by CCH Australia Limited Link opens in new window.
