Division 1 - Making investments  

SECTION 22   INVESTEE COMPANY MUST NOT BE A PDF  

22(1)   [No PDF]  

The investee company must not be a PDF.

22(2)   [Exception]  

However, nothing in this Division prevents a PDF from making an investment that is allowed by section 32A (which deals with mergers of PDFs).
