PART 5 - MONITORING COMPLIANCE  

SECTION 39   BOARD TO MONITOR COMPLIANCE  

39(1)   [Requirement]  

The Board must, as and when required by section 40 , consider whether a PDF has been complying with this Act.

39(2)   [Board's discretion]  

The Board may, at such other times as it considers appropriate, consider whether a PDF has been complying with this Act.
